Megan is reportedly carrying a child in her womb courtesy of 38-year-old husband Brian Austin Green.
The baby is Fox's first while second for Green who have a 10-year-old son, Kassius, with his ex-wife Vanessa Marcil.
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green was married way back June 2010.
